Common questions

Will you work on an older or modified car?
Yes, that is a good half of the workshop. Modified cars are fine too. Tell us what has been changed when you book so we put it on the right ramp with the right amount of time.
What happens if you find something else while it is in?
We stop, photograph it, and ring you with a price before we go any further. Nothing extra gets done without you saying yes to it first.
How long does a diagnostic take?
Most faults are traced within the first hour. Intermittent ones can take longer, so we agree a limit with you up front and come back to you before we go past it.
Do you do courtesy cars?
Not at the moment. For longer jobs we can usually work around your days off, and we are a ten minute walk from the station if you need to leave the car with us.
